Commercial Services Agreement

This Commercial Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the client ("Customer") and Kennen Technologies ("Provider") for the purchase of technology, product development, AI, quality engineering and related subscription services.

1. Services. Provider will deliver the services described in the selected subscription plan in a professional manner, subject to the terms, duration and billing cycle chosen by the Customer.

2. Payment & Billing. Customer agrees to pay the selected plan fee on the billing frequency chosen (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Confidentiality. Provider agrees to keep Customer data and business information confidential and to use it solely to perform the agreed services.

4. Limitation of Liability. Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Term & Termination. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected duration unless cancelled in writing before renewal.

6. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in Pune, Maharashtra.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

The Customer and Provider agree not to disclose any proprietary, technical, financial or business information shared during the engagement to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the subscription for a period of five (5) years.
